Spiritual in Delhi today
Nothing is listed for today yet โ new events are added every morning, so check back soon.
Delhi's spiritual calendar is large, public and mostly free. Temples such as the ISKCON temple at East of Kailash, the Chhatarpur temple (Shri Aadya Katyayani Shakti Peeth), Kalkaji Mandir, Jhandewalan Temple and Swaminarayan Akshardham draw their biggest crowds during Navratri, Janmashtami and Diwali, with kirtans, jagrans and special aartis. Gurdwara Bangla Sahib near Connaught Place and Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib in Chandni Chowk mark gurpurabs with kirtan and langar, and the Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah is known for its evening qawwali sessions. Around these, community groups host bhajan sandhyas, satsangs and Mata ki Chowki evenings in parks and banquet halls, and Chhath puja brings devotees to the Yamuna ghats each November. Expect to remove shoes and cover your head at many sites. This page lists bhajan evenings, kirtans, satsangs, jagrans and religious festivals across Delhi NCR.
