Things to do in Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad, across Delhi's eastern border in Uttar Pradesh, has grown into a dense belt of apartment townships, including Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi and Raj Nagar Extension, with a calendar to match: mall carnivals, stand-up shows, garba and dandiya nights, Diwali melas and New Year's Eve parties in malls, clubs and banquet halls. Indirapuram's malls, including Shipra Mall, are the main weekend hubs. The Blue Line ends at Vaishali, the Red Line reaches Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda), and the Namo Bharat regional rail line from Sarai Kale Khan to Meerut stops at Sahibabad and Ghaziabad, making the city quicker to reach from Delhi.
