delhi2go ("we") runs delhi2go.in and the @delhi2go Instagram account. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Newsletter and forms: the email address and any details you submit (for example event information or an advertising enquiry). Forms are processed by our form provider FormsList, and we use the data only to answer you or send the newsletter you asked for.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security and aggregate statistics. When you click through to a ticket page we record that a click happened, so we can report totals.
- Cookies and pixels: we use the Meta Pixel to understand how people find us. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't process payments for tickets. Ticket purchases happen on the organiser's or ticketing platform's site, under their policies.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email. To access or delete data you've sent us, email delhitogo@gmail.com.
Third-party links
Event pages link to external sites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
