Things to do in Karol Bagh

Karol Bagh is one of Delhi's oldest shopping districts, centred on Ajmal Khan Road and Gaffar Market, and its calendar follows the bazaar: festive shopping in the run-up to Diwali and the wedding season, street-food crawls and sale weekends. The Jhandewalan Temple, on a hillock near Deshbandhu Road, is one of the city's busiest during Navratri, and the area's community Ramlilas and Durga Pujas draw neighbourhood crowds in October. Rajendra Place's office towers and nearby Pusa Road host conferences and education fairs. Karol Bagh, Jhandewalan and Rajendra Place stations on the Blue Line all serve the area.
