About Worldmark Gurugram
Worldmark Gurugram is an office, retail and leisure campus in Sector 65, on Golf Course Extension Road. It is a different place from Worldmark at Delhi's Aerocity. The 7-acre campus has five buildings and about 0.8 million sq ft of leasable space, of which about 0.3 million sq ft is retail. It combines Grade A offices with restaurants, a multiplex, the Hamleys Play and Kaboom play zones for children, landscaped grounds and a water body. A walkway called The Walk links the office and leisure areas, and the campus holds regular community events. Recent ones include Mango Fest 2.0, Korean Karnival 2.0, a Motor Fest, a book fair with author meet-and-greets, a Women's Day flea market, and "Canvas of Joy", its Holi celebration in 2025. The property is part of the Brookfield India REIT portfolio.
