Omaxe Chowk is a large retail, wholesale and food-court complex on the main Chandni Chowk road, opposite Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib. Developer Omaxe built it on municipal (MCD) land under a public-private partnership linked to the redevelopment of Chandni Chowk. It covers 4.5 acres, with more than 10 lakh sq ft of built-up space. The complex has direct access from Chandni Chowk metro station, multi-level parking, a food court with seating for more than 1,600 people and a dedicated rooftop space for dining and events. The developer lists the project as delivered, with more than 50 brands operating. For event-goers it has become an Old Delhi option for ticketed community events: 2026 listings have included Navratri garba nights, a spring music festival and speed-dating meet-ups.
