Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts (SRCPA), on Safdar Hashmi Marg in Mandi House, is both a theatre venue and a theatre company. It grew out of the Indian National Theatre, which started in 1950, and is run by the Indian National Theatre Trust. Many SRC productions and visiting plays sell tickets on BookMyShow. Some events, like the annual Kavi Sammelan, are by free invitation passes that you collect from the centre. Shri Ram Centre is not the same as Kamani Auditorium or Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra. They are separate institutions a few minutes apart. Mandi House metro is about a 5-minute walk away, which makes the centre easy to reach and leave after an evening show.
