Shridharani founded it in 1950, and its name means 'confluence of the arts'. Most exhibitions and events are free and open to all, so you can drop in between shows at Mandi House. Allow time to see everything: the Shridharani and Triveni galleries, Art Heritage, Art Pilgrim, Gallerie Nvya and the Sculpture Court are all in one complex. Triveni's terrace café has been a meeting place for artists and students for decades and is good for tea and a snack.
