Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Lodhi Road, Pragati Vihar, New Delhi 110003
Getting there: Nearest: Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (Violet Line), ~5–10 min walk
Stadium · ≈60,250 seated (concert capacity is higher)
Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium is Delhi's largest stadium, an all-seater bowl of 60,254 seats owned by the Sports Authority of India, whose headquarters sit in the same complex off Lodhi Road. It was built for the 1982 Asian Games, where it staged the athletics and the opening and closing ceremonies, then rebuilt with a new roof for the 2010 Commonwealth Games. It is the India football team's home ground and hosted matches
The complex has several numbered gates, and concerts often use just one or two of them. Check your ticket for the gate (listings sometimes name it, e.g. "JLN Stadium, Gate No. 1") before you set off. The metro is the easiest way in and out. Expect long queues at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium station after a big show, and check last-train timings on the DMRC app. Lodhi Road and the roads around the stadium jam up on concert and marathon days, so plan a drop-off point a short walk away rather than at the gate.
Details come from the organiser's listing on Websearch, last checked on 2026-10-12, and can change. Confirm on the ticket page before you go.
